Shipping rates
Free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimums.
Where we ship
We ship to 50+ countries including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, and most of Asia.
If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email hello@pawseclub.co — we can almost always arrange a shipment.
Delivery times
- United States, Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom, EU: 7–12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Latin America: 10–18 business days (varies by country)
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
We ship from regional warehouses to keep transit short. Holiday seasons (late November, December) may add 2–4 business days.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link via email within 48 hours of placing your order. If you don't see it, check spam, then email us.
Customs and duties
For most countries (US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia): duties are included in your price. No surprise charges on delivery.
For some Latin American countries (Argentina, Brazil) and a few Asian markets: local import taxes may apply on arrival. We'll flag this clearly at checkout when it applies.
Address changes
You can change your shipping address within 4 hours of placing the order. Email hello@pawseclub.co with your order number and the new address.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, email us. We'll either chase the carrier or send a replacement at no cost.
