The 30-day guarantee, in plain English
If your pet doesn't respond to the product, or you're not happy for any reason, you get your money back. Full refund. No restocking fees. No "satisfaction guaranteed*" with fine print.
How to start a return
Email hello@pawseclub.co within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A sentence about what didn't work (optional but helps us improve)
We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Do I have to ship the product back?
No. Shipping a calming bed across the world costs more than the bed.
Instead, we ask you to donate the product to a local shelter, rescue, or pet in need — and send us a photo of the donation. That's it. We refund within 48 hours of receiving the photo.
If you can't find a shelter nearby, just tell us and we'll waive the photo requirement.
What's NOT covered
- Products purchased from third-party resellers (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, etc.) — those aren't ours.
- Damage from misuse (chewing, washing on high heat, leaving outdoors).
- Returns initiated after day 31.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Different process — much faster. Email hello@pawseclub.co within 7 days with:
- Order number
- Photo of the damage
We send a replacement at no cost within 48 hours. No need to return anything.
Wrong size or color
Email us within 14 days. We send the correct one for free. Keep the first one — give it to a pet that needs it.
Refund processing
- Credit card: 5–10 business days back to your card
- PayPal: 1–3 business days
- Shop Pay / Apple Pay: depends on your bank, usually 3–7 days
Cancellations
Want to cancel before it ships? Email within 4 hours of ordering. Full refund, no questions.
