About the products
How long does it take to work?
Most pets show some response within the first week. Full behavioral change usually settles in by week 2–3. If you don't see anything by day 30, send it back — full refund, no drama.
Does it work for cats?
The Donut and The Distraction work great for cats. The Hug is dog-specific (pressure works differently on cats).
Does it fit large dogs?
Yes. The Donut comes in XL (100cm) for Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds, Huskies. The Hug goes up to XL (over 40 kg).
Is it safe for puppies and senior pets?
Yes for both. The Donut has memory foam that supports older pets' joints. The Hug applies gentle pressure, not strong compression — safe from 3 months old.
Does this replace the vet?
No. If your pet's anxiety is severe (self-harm, aggression, not eating), see a vet or behaviorist. Our products are management tools, not clinical treatments.
Does it contain any medication?
No. 100% based on physical stimuli (pressure, warmth, distraction). No chemicals, no synthetic pheromones, nothing to ingest.
Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship free to USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brazil and most of the world. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, email us.
How long does shipping take?
7–14 business days from our nearest warehouse. Tracking link within 48 hours of ordering.
Do I pay customs/duties?
Most countries: no, it's included. Some Latin American countries (Argentina, Brazil) may apply local import tax on arrival. We flag this clearly at checkout when it applies.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, within the first 4 hours. Email hello@pawseclub.co with your order number.
Returns & guarantee
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If your pet doesn't respond, or you're not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days. Full refund. You don't need to ship anything back — we ask you to donate to a shelter and send us a photo.
What if it arrived damaged?
Photo of the damage + order number to hello@pawseclub.co. Free replacement within 48 hours.
Wrong size?
Free exchange. Email us and we send the correct one. Keep the first one to give to a shelter or someone you know.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
Is it safe to buy here?
Yes. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments (same processor as Allbirds, Gymshark). We don't store card data on our servers.
Can I buy as a gift?
Yes. Check "this is a gift" at checkout and we'll add a handwritten note to the packaging.

No. Online only — that's how we keep prices reasonable.

We work with 3 vetted factories: 2 in China (ISO 9001 and BSCI certified), 1 in Vietnam. We audit each one annually.
